1. Definitions

• Company – Unifynet Royal Achievers International Pvt. Ltd.

• Distributor/Associate – An individual who registers to promote the company’s digital education-based products.

• Product – Online learning modules, digital courses, and tools provided by the company.

2. Nature of Association

• This is not employment. The distributor is an independent promoter.

• No fixed salary or benefits will be provided.

• Earnings are based on performance (commissions, bonuses).

3. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ years and legally capable.

• Must submit valid documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details).

• Must not violate any law or be involved in other MLMs that compete with the company.

4. Registration Process

• Registration is done via the official website.

• Clicking “I Agree” confirms acceptance of this agreement.

• One person may only hold one ID.

5. Code of Conduct

All distributors must:

• Promote ethically and honestly.

• Avoid misrepresentation of product or earnings.

• Never call it an investment or financial scheme.

• Not misuse the name/logo of the company.

Violation can lead to ID deactivation without notice.

6. Income & Payouts

• All incomes are commission-based: Direct, Level, Residual, etc.

• No guarantee of fixed income is made.

• TDS and applicable taxes will be deducted.

• Income will be credited only to verified bank accounts.

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Once digital access is granted, no refunds.

• ID can be cancelled anytime via written request.

• Any unpaid income before cancellation will be processed as per company rules.

8. Platform Usage

• Each distributor is responsible for activities from their ID.

• Sharing credentials or material without permission is prohibited.

9. Suspension / Termination

Your ID may be terminated if:

• You provide false or misleading information.

• Promote false income promises.

• Involve in cross-recruitment for other companies.

• Spread negativity or fake news about the company.

10. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must first be reported via email to the grievance officer.

• Jurisdiction: Courts of Silchar, Assam.

11. Modification Rights

• Company can revise this agreement at any time.

• Updated terms will be visible on the website and apply automatically.
